So Who Are we?
Founded by Sam and Meg, who met at River cottage and quickly fell in love. Now married with kids Eat Nice has become a family business. Started in 2015 Eat Nice Be Nice has grown into special community of gardeners and chefs. All passionate about producing beautiful sustainable food. Our joint aim is to be fully self sustaining, Based in our 32 acre farm we grow and rear what ever we can.

"My love for food started at 15 and over the last 25 years the journey has taken me from Thai restaurants to working for Jamie Oliver and head chef at River Cottage. My career as a chef has given me some wonderful experiences and I'm looking forward to what the future brings."

"After living and working abroad for 10 years, I'm influenced by food from all over the world. My training with Mark Hix and River Cottage has taught me that, using amazing fresh ingredients, food can be simple and delicious."
