So Who Are we?


We're Sam and Meg, we met at River cottage and quickly fell in love. We've been working together ever since and we're now married. Having spent many years as chefs in professional kitchens, we're available to run both large and small events. Whether your function is in an old stately home or an extravagant BBQ by the beach we will be able to organise and run catering to your exact requirements.


A WORD FROM SAM

"My love for food started at 15 and over the last 17 years the journey has taken me from Thai restaurants to working for Jamie Oliver and recently head chef at River Cottage. My Career as a chef has given me some wonderful experiences and I'm looking forward to what the future brings."

"After Living and working abroad for 10 years, I'm influenced by food from all over the world. My training with Mark Hix and River Cottage has taught me that using amazing fresh ingredients, food can be simple and delicious."
